David is an experienced local government professional with nearly ten years of experience in council tax, debt recovery and insolvency. He graduated from the University of Hull (a long time ago) with a computer science degree. In addition he is a parish councillor, a Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator and holds multiple positions within his local Labour Party. He has written several articles on a variety of subjects.
