Tom Franklin is a retired learning technologist who lives in York. He has been an active environmental and peace campaigner for many decades. In September 2023 he was convicted for trying to disrupt an Israeli arms factory. He is currently chair of York Green Party and treasurer of the Yorkshire and the Humber Green Party. He enjoys cycling and reading and politics.
