Sam is the events and campaigns coordinator for Yorkshire CND, with a background in education. He's been based in Leeds for over two years, and actively works with others in the wider region to help bring about a more peaceful world. He's particularly interested in using the arts to engage more of the public/politicians with social science research, and nuclear disarmament.

In his spare time, he also promotes live music and comedy as ‘Elusive Jazz’. Most of the time this is on the more avant-garde/experimental side of things, and he enjoys implementing surprises into these events (such as secret bands, one-off skits, and parody acts).
