Joe is a postgraduate researcher at the University of York's Department of Philosophy, working on the philosophy of science and foundations of physics. His research focuses on the nature of spacetime. He has also taught on topics including formal logic, free will, and political philosophy. Outside of his research, Joe also does some freelance writing and journalism on topics of political interest, and engages in local political organising. His favourite colour is red.
