Helena is in her final year studying history at the University of Leeds. Whether it is exploring language in the Medieval period or the major social, political and cultural developments of American history or even exploring the history of mental illness, her choice in studies reflects her wide-ranging interests. She loves how history shapes the events which we write about today. Apart from history, Helena enjoys art and doing all things creative in her spare time.
