Ava is a PhD student at the University of Stirling studying antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in seafood supply chains and how food systems can better protect both human and environmental health. She is particularly interested in how science can inform policy and enjoys communicating research in ways that make these complex issues more accessible to wider audiences.
