After more than 25 years as a successful freelance journalist, Andrew left journalism to spend more time on writing books. To date, he has published a number of non-fiction books on walking in England and in Scotland, cooperative business and housing, social issues, teleworking, a children's novel, as well as a crime fiction trilogy set in the Cumbrian Fells.
